What we collect

When you use our enquiry or contact form, we collect what you type into it. That can include your name, company name, phone number, email address, address, the average number of cars you sell each month, the package you're interested in, your RegData due date and your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to talk to you about our services. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else, and we don't use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and messages for up to 24 months after we last hear from you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to provide our services.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie it sets is for our own staff when they sign in to read messages.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Email admin@motorconsultancyltd.co.uk or call 01226 107123, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
